Kansas City Chiefs have worked their way back into limelight. Following a rough 23 opening that had some wondering whether their dynasty could be over, Sunday night made everyone remember why this team was never left out of the discussion with a 30-17 win over the Detroit Lions.

Kansas City could have come to the fans looking like the title team with Patrick Mahomes and Andy Reid heading the team. The win put them to a 500 mark and made the entire NFL take notice- the Chiefs are taking off again.

On Monday, Sports commentator Colin Cowherd did not hesitate to make his position quite apparent.
Cowherd proved on The Herd that everybody has made it official: now it is his worst nightmare. The Kansas City Chiefs once more are the most professional football team. Sorry, NFL, they did it again.”

The crime of the Chiefs was slow in the beginning of this season, but the situation has turned within no time. During the past three matches they have scored an average of 32 points per match which is a strong indication that the machine is operating well again.

Cowherd commended the team on how it was able to win without the big-name players in the skill positions but Mahomes enhanced the offense. It was demonstrated on Sunday when Brown, a wide receiver, scored twice, and the defense kept the Lions, which have the leading offense in the league, at bay.

When this form of the Chiefs continues to appear, the rest of the league may again be in trouble.
