The biggest event of the men’s tennis season is here. The ATP Finals will take place in Turin, Italy, from November 9 to 16, 2025. This tournament brings together the top eight players of the year. It is the final event of the season and can decide the world rankings and close out the year in a big way.
This year’s ATP Finals includes a strong group of players. Italy will have two home favorites playing in front of their fans, while other top athletes from around the world will also compete.

One major storyline this year is the fight for the No. 1 world ranking. Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner are very close in points, with only 250 points separating them. Sinner is also the defending ATP Finals champion, and he will try to win again in front of the Italian crowd. This makes the tournament even more exciting.

Format
The eight players are divided into two groups:
Bjorn Borg Group: Sinner, Zverev, Auger-Aliassime, Shelton
Jimmy Connors Group: Alcaraz, Musetti, de Minaur, Fritz
Each player plays every other player in their group. The top two from each group move into the semifinals.
Djokovic’s Withdrawal
Novak Djokovic was expected to play but withdrew due to a shoulder injury. Because of this, Lorenzo Musetti got a spot in the tournament. This will be Musetti’s first time playing in the ATP Finals.
With big prize money and world ranking stakes, fans can expect a week full of high-energy tennis in Turin.
